Bailey Smith began his career at First Financial in 2019 as a Credit Analyst, assisting in underwriting commercial loans. He is an Assistant Vice President of Commercial lending at FFB’s Downtown Branch in San Angelo.

Bailey is a graduate of Howard Payne University where he earned both a Bachelor’s degree and MBA. He grew up in Grandview, Texas and is a member of Paul Ann Church in San Angelo. He also serves on the board for Young Professionals of San Angelo and assists with the Events Planning Committee.

Bailey is also active in local golf tournaments and enjoys hunting and hiking in his spare time. Bailey is married to a local NICU Nurse who works at Shannon Medical Center and has one son. He enjoys the commercial aspect of lending and loves helping business owners grow and live out their dreams.
