Alecia Bland has more than 36 years in financial institution experience in consumer, commercial and real estate lending.    She joined First Financial bank in 2011 and presently serves as Senior Vice President.  For the last 23 years, Alecia has specialized in interim construction financing helping customers achieve the American dream by building their dream homes.
 
Alecia is an active member of her community serving as a board member on the Ellis County Homebuilders Association and she is a former Girl Scouts of America leader.
 
Alecia has 3 children and 4 grandchildren.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  Hobbies include gardening, traveling and reading.
